Pam_Adams
we are trialling Tapestry and staff are using kindle fires. Is it possible for staff to make observations and for those observations to be automatically sorted into the areas of learning, or has that got to be done manually? FSFRebecca
Hi, Your staff must be using Amazon FIres?, Tapestry doesn't work on Kindles! No, staff have to manually define their observations into areas of learning - Tapestry is not able to tell what was important about the observation and why the member of staff wanted to make a note of it. For example, if a member of staff records a video of a child painting with friends, Tapestry cannot tell whether this is an observation about mark making or if it is the first time this child has joined in with a shared activity and so should be defined under PSED.
