mrsbat Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 Apologies in advance if this is already available (if it is could someone please tell me how to see it) but would it be possible to have the option when adding observations to be able to make writing bold/different colour/underline/centralised etc as you can on here? I add newsletters as observations and it would be really good if I could make bold certain dates etc? Hope that makes sense! ::1a Quote
Steve Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 Good evening mrsbat - Currently there's no way to use different fonts unfortunately. The notes field was originally simply a way to enter a few paragraphs describing an observation. However, we hope to be improving this soon. Also, we hope soon to being work on developing a better way for you to send out newsletters, which will have much better controls and appearance features. :1b 2 Quote

stmartinsschool Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 This would be a really useful feature to have. We are currently trialling a 'planning in the moment' approach in our Nursery and it would be useful to be able to highlight where the teaching within an observation has taken place. It would also help parents to see the way we support their children through their play. 2 Quote
Magenta Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 I was just about to post this too - it would be a very useful addition! Quote
FSFRebecca Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 AS Steve has said, it is on the list and we understand why it is so important for our users who are workign with 'in the moment planning'. We have it on the list, don't worry 1 Quote
