I have the children's details on already. We are just starting Tapestry. How do I get them onto the new system? I should have read the threads more carefully before doing it!

Do you mean you already have the updated Tapestry package, but your children are on the old Tapestry? If so, just send in a support ticket to tapestry.support@eyfs.info and we'll move you over to the new system. :1b

If you login as a manager, you should see a banner at the top of the screen that takes you to a checklist. When you complete the checklist you can choose a date to be migrated to the updated version.

I am childminder so I am the manager. I just don't understand what I need to do would rather get it all transfered to new Site so I can get on with each of my child's accounts. Parents are pretty keen!!

Hi,

Are you already on original Tapestry? if you are, you will see a banner on your home screen which you can click to book a time for 'migration'. You can start / carry on using your Tapestry account until it is time to migrate - you don't need to do anything, we sort it all out. We say once your migration starts it can take 30 mins to 2 hours to complete but often it is considerable faster than this. Once you have migrated over you just need to make sure that everyone (including your parents is using the most up to date version of the app - go to the app store/play store and check for updates) and finally you will need to direct parents (and yourself!) to the browser version on www.tapestryjournal.com

It's incredibly simple and straightforward!
