Govt. Public accounts committee are discussing 30 hours funding today

Apparently you can't record it but you will be able to 'listen again' if you go to the parliamentlive.tv website here and search the archive. It looks like they are available the following day

You could use software like Screen-O-Matic or others to record your screen whilst viewing. I believe you can just record certain areas of your screen, ie the video window.
