Guest Posted April 19, 2016 Share Posted April 19, 2016 After working in a baby room caring for children from 3 months to 2 years old before starting university, I thought this was how all baby rooms were set up. After speaking to others I found out that some setting separate their under 2s into separate baby and toddler rooms and thought it sounded interesting. I decided to carry out research with those working within the Early Years sector for my dissertation, finding out how they care for under 2s in their work and opinions on the factors that influence the care they are able to provide.
