westMidlands
Dear all, I am wondering if people out there use any invoicing software such as Xero, QB or express invoicing to create invoices? We are one part of 2 nurseries, so we need a good solution that helps us to get rid of all the hours it takes to do manual invoices. We charge by hours, sessions, days, lunches etc. thank you, your help will be mostly appreciated.
BroadOaks
You can try this one free.. LINK HERE I don't personally use this, i just use excel and produce weekly or monthly but for the amount you seem to need i can see why it is required. Anyway i would test a few out.. like the one i linked to see which is best.

westMidlands
Isnt Abacus a bit expensive? Do anyone use Xero or Quickbooks for the invoicing etc?
pickles37
Do you use the staffing section in abacus?
BroadOaks
Not sure if you have ever seen this: LINK This link will take you to the book keeping section of the program.. including invoicing I wouldn't recommend for the Education side of things.. Tapestry is much better imo however for the business side of things it's great.. and again a free trial is available

BroadOaks
The link i posted above to the software costs from just £100 per year or £10 per month and as well as invoicing it does MUCH MUCH more to help manage your business
