Guest Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Do you have an information sheet that you give to new committee members that clearly sets out their responsibilities? We have always given general information on the roles of Chair etc, but it doesn't really fully explain their responsibilities I don't think. I'm slightly concerned that it might make anyone considering the job run for the hills as fast as their little legs will carry them, but equally, I think it's important that they know what they are letting themselves in for. If you have something you are willing to share that would be brilliant!
