HN2015 Posted March 19, 2016 Share Posted March 19, 2016 Yes Melba you will unless you already have a dbs signed up to the update service and yes, you'll need to complete an EY2. You'll also need to get the charity commission list of trustees updated after you've been elected as Ofsted will cross reference the EY2 against the list of trustees and if they don't match they won't process the EY2.
