Fredbear Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 Sorry don't have it at home. Off the top of my head. Compile registers. Help with intake allocation and updating of waiting list. Help sort home visit, induction packs etc. All correspondence to parents with Managers approval. Printing of numerous items, including planning, newsletters, letters, book club funding agreement forms, etc. In charge of petty cash. Updating staff files. Compile invoices each half-term. All correspondence with Companies house/ charity commission/ Ofsted with The Manager. Take telephone calls and relay any messages. Wages with Manager. Check daily emails, text messages etc. Ordering of consumables, paint ,paper, glue etc. As well as any other educational equipment. Help compile rotas with the Manager. I'm sure there is tons more that they do, they are truly a godsend.:) 2 Quote
lsp Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 Fred bear, I know you have probably said, what size is your group, your opening hours and how many hours does your admin work? Quote
Fredbear Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 We are a term-time sessional packaway setting. We are open 6 sessions per week, with currently 67 children on roll. The children are with us for 3 hrs per session. Our administrator works 21 hrs per week. We have to completely set up and put away each day, including an office, which is actually a cupboard before the children arrive.:( Hope this helps. Quote
