I think one of the only advantages is that you can make sure you have a full team in that day, my deputy was on a course the day we had ours and I would have preferred her to be there as 4 people's work became 2 people's work when I was talking to the Inspector and that's just when certain little people seemed to know that I was distracted just enough to get a little mischevious! 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
