HillsideLW Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Hi all, I am doing a 'toolkit' for parents at our preschool for supporting their children with sleep- I am doing it in a handy bag so parents can take home - any ideas on what to put in the bag? many thanks
Fredbear Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 That sounds a lovely idea. Might it include a countdown to bedtime with things like a regular routine of dinner or tea, bath time, suggested story books and some lovely rhymes and songs, Not sure if you had these in your neck of the woods but the talk, listen, cuddle cards might be useful to include in the sack. Suggested hours of sleep per night for children could be included within the pack, as well as useful sites to visit for support on sleep concerns. 2
