anabel82
Hi All Have you ever dealt with that? Would you share? And wondering if anyone would have any policies and procedures to share. Thanks
Guest
It has happened a couple of times at school - the view has been that relationships outside the school gates are part of your private life, but they need to stay outside the gates. If it interferes with work then people are spoken to, as with any friendship. We have been fortunate that such relationships have been good ones - it would be difficult to deal with one that ended wlith bad feeling, but again I guess you need people to behave professionally at work, and normal disciplinary procedures would be followed for anything less. Guest youngrisers
as above really have worked in schools and settings for a long time and have seen relationships develop between staff , off site in private then fine unless it interferes with work practices. Strangely enough most of the couples I have worked with have married and been happy ever after. Must be something in the air in a setting or school Love possibly????
