Guest Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 I noticed in the Forum Index that there are no forthcoming calender events for the next 60 days, is Christmas and New Year cancelled then??? hee hee. Peggy Quote
Steve Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Hah! My fault Peggy. I've been neglecting the Calendar recently... How about re-instating Christmas yourself? Quote
Guest Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 Not sure if I want one this year All the kids have left home, it's just not the same without them. Still, I have got hubby all to myself and he does cook a fantastic Christmas Dinner, being a master Chef, so yes, no sooner said than done, I will put Christmas (and new year) back on the calender. Steve Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 Well done Peggy. That's a relief, we've already bought half the children's christmas presents! Quote
SueFinanceManager Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 What do you mean you have brought presents, doesn't santa do all that sort of thing, that's what I've been telling the nursery children this week Quote
JacquieL Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 Ooh Peggy perhaps we can all come and join you and your Master Chef as it sounds like a wonderful lunch will be on the table. Quote
Guest Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 Love to oblige but..................I want him all to myself My staff decided they don't want to (or can't afford) to go out for the staff "do"this year, so they are very fortunately going to enjoy one of my Hubbies famous Curry's next week as the staff party is at my place. Aren't I a good boss or what? Peggy ( I'm sure I make up phrases...is there such a phrase as "Very fortunately" sometimes I make up words as well!!!) Quote
