New starters in nursery - planning

Hi,

 

I'm new to teaching nursery and have been in class since September when most of the children were returners from the previous year.

 

 

There are a lot of new children starting nursery and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed at how to plan to narrow the gaps - the needs in the class are really wide, with the older chn accessing some of reception acitivities ready for starting school and some children just turned three with limited language.

 

Any ideas to do with organisation, planning etc would help!
