JacquieL Posted February 4, 2006 Share Posted February 4, 2006 Marion you are entitled to your 10% by law. It is part of your contract of employment now and your HT cannot say there is no money. Providing cover is his problem. I would go and have a talk with him after getting advice from the Union. The union will guide you in what to say.
