playgroup1 Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Has anyone used a Skills Matrix as a way of getting staff to identify the areas they are more/less confident with and need some support or training?
lashes2508 Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 No but we discuss training and areas at Supervision meetings , we document ours and then action for training. The skills matrix are really a tick list but probably useful so you can cover each area.
