CYPW level 3 - welfare standards

Not sure if this is a good place to post or not.... I am new to the profession and also studying for my level 3 in CYPW. I need to find some "solid" on England's welfare requirements. where can I find this? My text book says to go on national strategies standards site, but it says that the website is now closed. Any ideas where I can get such info please?

Welcome to the Forum, gworley and congratulations on making your first post.

Does the CYPW only go up to the end of the Foundation Stage? If so then I'd look at the Statutory Framework (new one comes into force on 1st September). Have a look on the DfE website (although apparently it is moving to http://www.gov.uk soon) and the Foundation Years website http://www.foundationyears.org.uk/ for more information.
