Setting sharing information request letter

Hi

 

Does anyone have a sample of a letter that I can send to another setting to request the sharing of information please?

 

We have children who attend another setting as well as ours and I know it's good practice.

i just ring them....have NEVER got a reply yet anyway!

We ask parents to give us permission to record share using the form below

We tried inter-setting diaries but didn't get much response/feedback - we use these now if the other setting uses them but otherwise we send out personalised information using this

We don't get much of a response but a couple of our childminders have started to respond using a similar format.

Was hoping settings would be quite willing to share info!

 

At least if I have evidence to show I have tried then has to count for something!
