What's the name of this book?

Hope someone can help I am trying to remember the name of this children's book I've read to a class before and I want to read it again!!

It is about a creature that is made up of all different animals on each page you see a different part of the creature and you can't guess what it is as it uses different animal parts then at the end it shows you this creature made up from lots of animals. I'm sure it has the word hop or something in the title ahhh it's really annoying me haha.
