Could anyone let me know where I can download a form the 2 year check please?

And could you let me know whether you cover just the prime areas or all?

Prime areas and ofsted site have guidance notes etc and its on here too -will try and find for you

if you go onto Osteds website you can download a 2 yr summery booklet which gives you examplers in - and yes just need the 3 prime areas :1b

The above link is for the example shown in the "Know How Guide", if you go to the bottom of the page there are three links 1, guidance; 2, the template in word; 3, the completed example as shown in Know How guide. They say you are free to use it providing the source is acknowledged. I say why re-invent the wheel if this is what they show as an example in the published guidance then this is what I use.

Thank you for this, went running to the OFSTED site and hunted high and low but obviously not high or low enough as I can't find it!! Any pointers as to whereabouts it is hiding? Would be really grateful
