Essential Requirements Should have gained or be working towards NVQ3 Desirable requirements Experience of working in settings that have a successful outdoor environment Experience of working in an all-day setting Succesful candidates should be self sufficient, confident and passionate about children’s education and welfare. The ability to build strong, working relationships with parents, staff and children is imperative.
