Is there an official Equality and Diversity audit tool for early years

Was asked about one of these....searched DfE and OFSTED and just googled and nothing specific came up...any ideas?

I'm pretty sure we have used one, but it may be from our LA, would need to check at work though.

Hi.... I have a publication by the PLA called 'all together now' implementing an early years equality scheme. It suggests carrying out an equality Impact check which is an audit tool and suggests having an 'ENCO' to lead and monitor. It is quite extensive too much for me to go in to here but would recommend you take a peek here

That's the one I was thinking about! I thought it might have been a LA publication, but it's definitely called 'All Together Now' - so the PLA one.

Thanks guys, it si quite extensive but could be a starting point for the setting. Will suggest this to them and see what they think about it! x

This is a good start, it's focus is more on children who have a disibility but covers all aspects of inclusion.
