The wheel is split into sections (areas of learning) I will attempt to attach one. Its very simple but effective as long as you have good learning journeys to gather information from. We fill it in termly, and share with the parents regularly. We used to write a formal report but this is much simpler and takes less time. hmm how do i attach?
