How do you do this?! We do a parent questionnaire but on the helpful guide it suggests including feedback from other professionals who work with you.

Had one visit, October last year, and got a 'low grading' meaning low level of support needed and thus left to own devices! I have included that, but wondered about views of childminders/other settings we should share info with/area SENCO etc. Mmmm
