No longer 'Next steps'?

Hi!

My memory is not what it used to be!

 

Someone told me yesterday that 'next steps' are no longer to be referred to as that but by a different name but I cannot remember what it was. It was two words and not 'PLODS'.

 

I liked it and would like to use it.

 

Can anyone help???
