Hi, we are looking to change a timetable and planning proformas as we feel we look more like a year 1 class. Has anyone got any timetables or planning grids that work well for them??

Thank You!

Hi,

i have just changed my planning format for the 100th time (or so it feels!) after reading a few other posts on here. There are lots where poeple have downloaded their formaths. I have chosen a few i liked the look of and used aspects of them to create 1 i think will work in my setting. i used to have mixed YR/Y1 so my planning format was naturall a bit KS1 based and i wanted a real change for the revised EYFS.

i have attached a filled in version of my plan. the first page is split into areas of learning and rather than having a seperate continuous provision plan i have built it all into 1 documanet as i think we end up with streams of paperwork!

the 2nd page has my whole class and adult led activites for maths/guided writing.

My phonics and guided reading plan i do on a seperate sheet.

hope it helps

Thanks for sharing that. Could I be cheeky and ask where you have got the "I can" statements from? I have some old ones but haven't managed to find any yet that reflect the new DM statements. Do you have a document of them or are you simply taking the statement and making them up as you need them (if that makes any sense - Sunday afternoon burnout here I come!)?
