Planning, Characteristics Of Learning....how To Link This? Help?!?

I was wondering if anyone would like to share how they are documenting Characteristics of Effective Learning on their planning?

 

I have done so much reading, brain storming and analysing i think my heads going to explode!

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
