fimbo Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 i am reviewing how we currently share info with other settings. in the past a letter has been sent offering further information on the child if required -and thats it ! i would like to send out a brief overview of the childs interests, progress, needs etc - im trying to create a pro forma for this -as we tend to have lots of children attending lots of different settings, but im lacking inspriation !! ive had a search on the resources section -but cant find anything ? any help gratefully recieved ! We start by introducing ourselves in a letter to the other setting offering our system to share between us (just a notebook which goes backwards and forwards) and offering to do theirs if they would prefer that system and we would photocopy what we would need to keep for our records. We have never had another setting offer a different system, and have some trouble getting much of a two-way regular exchange, even from those settings deemed outstanding!
