They keep really well if you wrap them in greaseproof paper........... then in airtight container I just followed the recipe instructions Narnia, I presumed that as this recipe is quite light and not a very rich fruit cake that they might not keep for too long?
narnia Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 ah, my apologies.........................I use Delia's rich fruit cake recipe, complete with brandy! ( last year, i forgot to take the brandy down to my setting, so had to go into the local pub at 9 am to ask for a couple of doubles!)
