Anyone Using A Consultancy For H&s?

Just wondering whether anyone uses a consultancy for their H&S which covers you if there are concerns, keeps you up to date with changes to the rules/law and provides free accident/incident etc books for you to download which are compliant with the rules & regs?

 

I'm considering it, but it's costly - is it worth it?
