Guest pamgreen
We use the questionnaire from the Ofsted website I think it is called 20 questions for children. it is a wonderful tool to get children's points of view. we hand it out after parents evening and ask the child's parent to complete it with them. Scarlettangel
We had a questionnaire for afterschool club which had a question and then a smiley face an unhappy face and a straight line for a mouth so kind of neutral face and the children indicated using the faces, what they thought.
