If a member of staff has attended a college course where they have received full funding, but the setting has paid the registration fee, do you ask them to sign anything to say that if they leave within a certain time that they have to pay the registration fee back?? If this is common practice is it put into the staff handbook, contract, policies etc. Thanks in advance.
Cait Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 When I got some funding from the county a few years back for a module of my foundation degree, I signed something to say that if I didn't complete the course, I would refund the money.
