Guest
Hi all Well we have our Out of School Club AGM next month and wondered if those that are managers of committee run settings can tell me what they include in their yearly report? Just need to give the manager an idea of what to include! Thanks..AGAIN!
Rea
As chair give a run down of things such as rent rises, staff changes and acheivements, how the waiting list is looking, any issues such as last year when we had a problem with the charity commission. I tell them of anything new or altered on the management side of things then pass over to the playleader so she can tell everyone how the new equipment has been used, any visitors to the setting, news from the DW, things we might need to start looking at with regards training. Between us we try to cover everything that might have an impact on how we work, funding that needs to be found and training that needs to take place.
