Hello everyone , I am hoping someone will be able to help from pack away settings . We need to formalise and tighten up the contract of use we have with the church people on the landlord /tennant contract of use side of things. We currently work on a very relaxed 'you've been in the hall for 40 years so we would never ask you to leave' basis.

 

I do have a letter confirming that from them but it would be good to firm this up.
