Registration Forms Key Person Child Initial Profiel

looking to update information on new children starting nursery. As the usual registration form would like to devise a seperate form for the childs keyperson to disscuse with the parents/carers and child, thinking of the lines what activities does your child enjoy, communication, sibblings, has your child attended other settings etc, any ideas most welcome,

Hi Cait, I hope you dont mind but i have downloaded this. It is excellent and I will modify it to fit our pre-school although we do something similar ours is not as informative, thank you very much for sharing this. I was very interested to see that you have included an observation part for Prof. Laevers as we will be attending a training course in the near future.

We've been putting the Laevers in for about 3 or 4 years now - can't remember exactly, but well before last Ofsted. It certainly helps to concentrate the mind!
