P13 "Some local authorities continue to 'grade' moderation practice as part of the external visit. Practitioners' judgements are either accurate and in line with national exemplification or they are not, in which case additional training and consideration should take place. There are no gradations of accuracy, and this practice can confuse the process of moderation unnecessarily."
