Brand New Craft/technology Area! What To Buy!

hi all, been given the opportunity to create a new craft/technology area so what equipment would you recommend? I have a small 'pod' area about 1.5 by 1.5, have found two small benches to make an L shaped work bench and a rack of small storage boxes for small craft stuff, was going to provide the obvious junk model stuff under the bench etc

 

but here is where the problems arise..... i want free acess to scissors, tape dispenser, hole punch etc. the scissors ive won but the tape dispenser is a sticking point so does anyone know of a 'safe' one, always had them at home and never had any problems or cuts however in the name of peace....!

 

want to do a display board too

 

what would you have to include if you were just allowed 3 things?

if i was allowed what i liked a low temp glue gun and hand held drill would be my favourites....i like to go for the challenging options
