mundia Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 Hi Buttercup, I don't have my BS folder to hand, but have you looked at the questions that do with each dimension to get you started? Have you sat together with your staff to go through them and discuss. It might also help to look at the Inclusive Practice EYFS card; 1.2; and Parents as Partners (2.2) to help start you off. This dimension is also not just about how you treat children and families, but also staff, and would include things like recruitment procedures; and challenging attitudes (should it ever be necessary).
