Guest Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 (edited) Hi all Well just employed a playworker and received refs that are fine (state that she did NVQ3 whilst with her last employer). However she is still waitingto receive the above certificate from her trainer Jarvis Training. She has phoned left messages, manager has phoned left messages and got nothing in return. Today i have phoned and laid it on thick that having the certificate is a condition of employment etc etc and that as her employer we need it asap. What else can i do? redjayne Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 It may not be the training agencies fault - my staff have had to wait months as there appeared to be a backlog at Cache but did eventually get it - a verbal ok from the training agency or a letter stating she has completed would cover you with OFSTED I'm sure. HoneyPancakes Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 I handed in my folder in June and only got my certificate last week. No idea when my file will come through.
