Our DW visited playgroup this morning and kept asking the playleader why we hadnt filled out the forms stating why we wouldnt be offering the 15 hours. As we havent had any guidance from the city nor any forms, we couldnt do anything and so decided to carry on as normal until we heard smnething. Now it seems we were overlooked!
