Administrator Job Description

Hi Becca we have an administrator at our setting. we are presently a registered charity pre-school managed by a committee of parents, but are in the process of becoming an Incorporated company with charitable status, we will continue to be committee run.

Her job includes:

Collating staff wages and notifying our payroll company.

Staff registers.

Keeping petty cash up to date and records.

Collating admissions and our waiting list.

All the photocopying of registers, rotas,lists,personal details files, development matters documents, policy documents, newsletters, all correspondence to parent/carers, including parent/carer shared learning sheets, observation sheets, book club sheets, new children's packages, planning sheets, accident sheets, lunch club register and the list goes on.

She presently works 5 sessions per week but will take on another role separetly once we become incorporated.

She is a massive asset to our setting and allows us to concentrate on working with the children and their families. :
