mps09 Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 Hi All, Just wanted to let everyone know about a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with your kids over the summer!! I've been to Hill End this week (near Eynsham) for activities with my kids (aged 8 and 10) and it has been fantastic! They are repeating the activities on 17-20th August but would like a few more bookings... so I thought that I'd share the word! So far we have:- orienteering, creepy crawly crafts, spider hunting, fruit kebabs on the camp fire, ladybird hunting, blindfolded sensory trail, tomorrow is pond dipping and crafts. It is absolutely brilliant, so free being outside letting the children play, run and explore and suitable for any ages from about 2 upto 12 or more!! Upsy Daisy Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 I would have travelled to Oxford for that but unfortunately we'll be on holiday in Cornwall on those date. Shame I didn't know about the earlier date or I would have gone. I'd have also stolen my sisters children who live near there and are NEVER allowed to get messy or dirty in any way. It's on tomorrow..... can't guarantee they would have space if LOADS of people just turned up... but earlier in the week someone brought a friend and her family along and that was fine.
