Bliss
I am about to apply for funding for a member of staff, and the application form states that it is advisable to have a contract in place with the trainee with regard to undertaking the training. Does anyone have such a contract, or suggest wording I could use? Many thanks.
hali
i know some providers get staff to sign they will stay for 'so long'after completing training if the setting is paying for the training.
HappyMaz
i know some providers get staff to sign they will stay for 'so long'after completing training if the setting is paying for the training. You might also put something in about ensuring all assignments are completed on time, and that the learner attends college as per the course requirements. Also that if they withdraw from the course (or is asked to) before the end of the course then they will need to reimburse the setting for any costs involved. Not that I've ever had a training contract, mind you! Maz
