Well I got an email this morning from the CWDC enclosing my certificate, and telling me that if I wanted to go back to it I should just log in and on the home screen there would be a button marked 'get certificate'. Sure enough, there was! Incidentally your percentage score is shown on the certificate (and fortunately for me my certificate is my highest score of the afternoon, having re-done the assessment so I could see why I couldn't print out the blimmin thing!).
