I can't delete my earlier message but as I have now read your other post I see you are not studying with the OU so ignore my question about E230!!!!! HappyMaz Posted March 28, 2010 Share Posted March 28, 2010 I would imagine that your critical learning incident is an event that causes you to reflect on your practice, identify what happened and why, how you responded and whether a different approach might have brought about a different result.
