It isn't cheap! Are you an ECERS auditor, blueliz6? It is a huge book which is really useful for knowing the nitty gritty of what each level of quality looks like in practice, but I don't know how useful it is for settings. I got mine from the publishes in America - here's the link. It costs $49.99 but I found it cheaper to buy it from them!
