Has anyone got any ideas about how I can make my setting a more potentiating environment and also if you can think of an example where the teacher and learner swap roles please?

Absolutely - yesterday a child brought in a toy that I hadn't a clue how to use! It was a transformer and I just couldn't get it to work. He very patiently sat with me and showed me which bits to press and which to pull until it transformed - and then equally as patiently helped me to get it back together again! Then he said "There you go, now you'll be able to get one of those and show your Daddy how to do it!" :oxD:( Don't ya just love em!
