Guest Posted December 23, 2009 Share Posted December 23, 2009 Is anyone having problems with a certain voucher company that was took over in October??. I have just spent 20 minutes on the phone to be told there seems to be a problem with everything. I have 2 parents telling me payments have been deducted from salaries and held by this company and the parent must ring this company as there is a problem!!! How does that look when we ask them for the money. I cannot make the system give me any details of payments made/remittances given for any time period. Not impressed by them at all. I wouldn't let the chap put the phone down until I had gone through the whole redemption process online completely. It was so sucessful that I ended up with two emails confirming the transaction, but only one payment in the bank account. I bet it would have been very easy for them to help me if I had been overpaid; they would have sorted that one out quick enough. Merry Christmas everyone, ho ho ho to all.
