Guest Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 Hi, I have to do my first leader's report for the AGM of our committee-run pre-school. Any pointers anyone can give me of what it should include? We have only been open for 2 months. I was thinking of sub-headings like staffing, curriculum, resources, challenges, future plans. All thoughts warmly welcomed! Quote
Mouseketeer Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 hi.......i usually include staff changes, training gained, numbers on register, any trips or visits in last year, any changes being made to funding (just told them about single funding formula)or eyfs that will affect them/their children, cant be easy though when only open 2 months, could you talk about your plans/vision for the setting and the things you've already implemented, do all the parents know all the staff yet ? hope it goes well.
