Welcome to the forum! This isn't something I have come across before but I would be hugely interested to know more about it too. :o

Hi Hurdley, Welcome to the forum. Don't know if we are talking about the same thing. You haven't said whether you work in a pre-school, nursery or school. I work in a Pre-School. Our Inclusion Development Programme is a four year national strategy. We are now just starting the second year in September. Last year was on Speech Language and Communication Needs, this coming year is on Autism, the next two years are on MLD and something else, can't remember of the top of my head.

There is a book available from National Strategies each year. Our Area SENCO team provide focus training meetings throughout the year and support us with this. They also provide us with a ring folder to keep everything in. Basically you have to put evidence in it to show what you do to support children with whatever Programme you are on e.g. Speech or Autism etc.

Hope this is of some help.
